1. Eligibility:

• Refunds issued only for damaged/defective items (return/replacement request must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos)
• Customized/personalized products are non-refundable unless faulty

2. Process:

  • Order number
  • Product images/video
  • Reason for refund
• Refund will be credited w within 7 business days to original payment method

3. Exchanges:

• Size/color exchanges allowed for non-personalized items (customer bears return shipping)
• Exchanged/Replaced Products will be delivered within 6-7 days.

Shipping: Products will be shipped and delivered within 7-8 days.
